Today over 30 of our Roadchef Senior Managers attended Mock Tribunal Training. Such an impactfu!This training is key not to prepare ourselves for tribunal but to understand the skills required throughout the people processes. Our employees are at the centre of what we do, managing them professionally and with care throughout the employee journey is where we focus. Thank you James Pike for arranging such a great session.

Just back from visiting our South West teams and what a joy it was. If you are not aware of #ANDYSMANCLUB they are doing so much great work. I am so pleased to see more open discussions about mental health both in and out of the workplace. Today is World book day 📕 and tomorrow is International Women's Day 2024 🧍♀️ I have a big role to play in work to ensure we create a great culture for women to thrive. We have lots of amazing stories of women who have done just that within Roadchef and you will be seeing some of those tomorrow. Outside of work I have a bigger role in shaping a Woman of the future. I am super proud of my daughter Darcy heading off to school today as Mary Seacole and representing another amazing woman. She knows that she can do and be anything she wants to be and that’s an exciting future for a 7 year old. I also highly recommend the book Fantastically Great Women who changed the world.

25 years in HR! Not sure how that has happened! I have really found my home in Roadchef (would hope so after 10 years) but i can honestly say my team are the best I have ever worked with. Passionate, loyal, driven and most of all the most caring group of people
